Can I save any remaining colour for my next application?

Unfortunately, no. Since every one of our hair colour bottles is freshly dispensed (and never sitting on a shelf), we can only guarantee the best results with immediate use.

How do I know if I am selecting the right colour in my colour profile?

If you ever have any doubts about your colour, be sure to include your most-recent photo (make sure your hair colour is clearly visible). Your colourist will review your photo and make any adjustments needed. And if you have questions, feel free to send us a note in your account. We’re here to help.

Yes, we offer both colour options. Our permanent hair colour provides the longest-lasting results and is recommended for total grey coverage. Our demi-permanent hair colour is recommended for those looking to gradually blend their greys, no matter the amount, or make any subtle colour changes without visual lines. Lasting up to 24 washes, depending on the frequency of shampoos and lifestyle, it’s ideal for those looking to gradually begin colouring their hair or blend grey naturally.
