I cancelled my subscription and I’m still being charged
I called and spoke with a representative to cancel my reoccurring subscription and I’m still being charged. I have boxes and boxes of unused hair color…I don’t need anymore.

Wrong Colour
I have black hair and have been sent dark blonde so I've purchased a product I can't use.

Doesn’t last
I have been using this for a couple of months now. Starting with the semi permanent which lasts about a week at most. Then I decided to go onto the permanent colour, which I would expect to last until I trim it, but that only lasts a couple of days before it turns yellow and then goes back to white. I would expect a permanent colour to remain a lot longer than that.

Still seeking…
While this product seems to work well, I’m still struggling in finding the correct matching color. Requested darkest brown but, results are more of a “chestnut” with reddish-blonde highlights. 😕

Not impressed.
Was really excited to try but after 3 tries, giving up on this. The color doesn’t last long. Less than a week and it’s back to normal. It doesn’t give a sufficient grey coverage. I could see very little difference after application. Third, it only comes in 1 size which probably is good for a long beard but for a trimmed beard it probably is 3 times more than needed. So paying for a product that you end up throwing 2/3rd away after use doesn’t make any economic sense. The customer service was prompt but did not really address this concern. I could have tried it for some more time had they given an option to buy smaller quantity.

Colour fades
I'm very happy when I apply the colour but after about a week it fades and my hair has an orange tinge to it. I buy the anti yellowing shampoo and conditioner but it doesn't slow down the yellowing process.?

Product mix was wrong
This months mix was 50% darker than my first month which made my hair colour look less natural. Also the mix gave my skin an allergic reaction of redness which the first month did not. Can you explain this to me? Greg
